This area of the site will be for software developers. My plan is to provide the following: - Small software utility programs you can download for free
- Tips and tricks for different languages
- What's new in the development community
- Where possible answer questions for specific development challenges.
To put this in perspective, I've been around computers for almost 25 years in one capacity or another. For several years I was an electronics engineer, then I went into IT. So, I have picked up about 17 programming languages at last count ranging from machine code, to assembler, C++, C#.net, and Java, to obscure languages like ZPL for thermographic printer drivers. The IT business has been very good to me, and I think it's time to give a little back and help the new generation of developers learn some "tricks of the trade". The site will be a work in progress as I'm still working full time, so bookmark it and come back often to see how it grows. Thank you for visiting. Sincerely, Bill Holman, Developer/OwnerHolman Technologies |
